Zone "0": Where Permaculture Meets Personal Health
In permaculture, we design healthy, regenerative systems around zones, with “Zone 0” representing the center of activity, including our “selves.”
One thing I've learned with great clarity is that no matter how great your gift to humanity, it’s of little value if your physical or mental health fails you. It took me six decades to manifest lasting Zone "0" health stability in my own life. I won't go back !
My Story
The before and after photos below represent a personal transformation that altered every aspect of my life. In 2014, I hit my peak weight of nearly 230 pounds. I worked 16-hour days in a painful, declining body that could barely get off the couch on my time off, slept with a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, and I was on hypothyroid medication. I felt exhausted, irritable, and not happy with the trajectory of my life.
Then in 2015, I was introduced to a game-changing superfoods program that catalyzed a radical shift in every aspect of my inner and outer life. By year end, I had easily and joyfully released 40 excess pounds and reduced my gut by 7½ inches! Today in my sixties, I feel vitally alive in “retirement” … My body is pain-free, disease-free, and I can actually feel myself YOUTHing—not declining—as time goes by!
Now I’m free to dedicate my life to my art passions and support others in theirs!
